Sharing Gioia Wine
I have been blessed by being fortunate enough to live in Solvang on a beautiful working farm.
Everything was cruising along just fine and then – another blessing – my grandson Tyler Piercefield was born.
I was torn between living in wine country and living too far from my family to visit them on a regular basis.
The pull was so strong, that I made the decision to move back to Los Angeles so that I could be a part of my grandson's life and be back in the area where my family and my best friends live.
It was a good call, because in June, another grandson is due to be born.
Since I do not have a physical winery, the move was not one that would stop me from doing what I love – making Gioia Wine.
